We invite submissions for proposals related to human capital development. Please follow the instructions below to submit your work.
Submission Instructions:

Enter your abstract (300-500 words) in the Content field.
Title:
Provide the proposal title in the Title field.
Authors:
Add authors and co-authors. Ensure you select at least one speaker by clicking the microphone icon next to their name.
Attachments:
Upload your full proposal (PDF) and any supporting documents such as datasets, questionnaires, or other materials under the Attachments section.
Comments (optional):
Add any additional comments or details regarding the submission in the Comments section.
